As Chair of Foley Hoag’s Closely Held Business and Shareholders Dispute Group, I lead an experienced team with a deep understanding of the business and personal dynamics of closely held businesses and the broad range of skills essential to protecting their interests. I have counselled and represented closely held companies and their stakeholders in resolving and, if necessary, litigating intra-company disputes, including lawsuits over the valuation of ownership interests. I also represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy litigation involving trustees, creditors committees, and institutional investors.
